1.Do you provide updates to the products?

Yes. We regularly update all our products. As soon as a new version is released, we obtain it from the developer and update it on our site. You will have access to all updates as long as your subscription is active.

2. Is there a limit on the number of downloads?

Yes, to prevent abuse, we had to implement download limits:

Monthly Members: 20 products per day.

Half-Yearly Members: 30 products per day.

Yearly Members: 40 products per day.

3. On how many websites can I use the plugin or theme?

You can use them on an unlimited number of websites. Since they are GPL-licensed, you are free to use them as much as you want, on as many sites as you want. Feel free to share them with friends. We mean it – no hidden restrictions.

4. How can you offer the products at such low prices?

All WordPress products, like plugins and themes, are licensed under the General Public License (GPL). This means that after purchasing an item, we are free to redistribute it.

Your membership fee contributes to maintaining our site and purchasing subscriptions from original developers. This collective funding model allows us to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.

5. Are these products genuine?

Yes, absolutely. We maintain active subscriptions with all the original developers whose products we feature. We download the products directly from them and redistribute them to you.

The files are unmodified, except for a few products that require activation, which is clearly noted in their descriptions.

6. Is support Included?

No, technical support is not included. If you need assistance with a plugin or theme, you must purchase it directly from the original developer (we provide links) or hire a freelancer. You can also seek help from community forums.

Excluding support is precisely how we can offer these products at a significantly reduced price.

7. A product I downloaded is asking for a license key. What should I do?

You can safely ignore this prompt. Developers include these for automatic updates (which our updater plugin handles) or to register for support and premium features. The core functionality of the plugin or theme will work perfectly without entering any key.

8. Am I allowed to resell or redistribute these products on other websites?

No. We strictly prohibit reselling, unauthorized redistribution, or stockpiling of our products. Any account found violating our Terms and Conditions/Fair Usage Policy will be immediately banned and lose all support privileges.

9. Can I request new products?

10. Will my product stop working after my membership expires or after one year?

No. The plugins and themes you have already installed will continue to function normally on your websites. However, you will lose access to downloading new files and receiving updates from our site.

11. VirusTotal flags your plugin as malicious. What should I do?

Rest assured, files downloaded from GPL Times are 100% clean and safe. It's crucial to understand that viruses and malicious code are different. VirusTotal is a virus scanner, not a reliable tool for detecting malicious PHP/JS code like backdoors or web shells.

Modern malicious code can look identical to normal code, making automated detection difficult. For checking code, we recommend specialized security tools like VirusDie or Imunify.

Some antiviruses on VirusTotal (e.g., Bkav, Jiangmin) often flag safe code that uses common functions like eval or base64_decode. These are false positives and frequently occur even with original files from developers.
